ESCA Ecole de Management Reaches a Historic Milestone and Strengthens Its Research Ambitions for Morocco and Africa
ESCA Ecole de Management announces the accreditation of its Doctoral School in Management Sciences by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation.
This recognition marks a major milestone in the academic and scientific development of ESCA Ecole de Management. Through its Doctoral School in Management Sciences, located in the heart of Casablanca Finance City (CFC), ESCA pursues three key ambitions: generating knowledge, transforming management practices, and contributing to the development of future faculty and researchers. The School thus aims to extend its mission beyond educating future managers by strengthening the production and transmission of knowledge that will shape generations to come.
Building on its close ties with businesses and their leaders, ESCA aims to make its Doctoral School a genuine bridge between academic research and the business world. Research projects will draw on the real-world challenges faced by Moroccan and African organizations, with the aim of informing decision-making, advancing management practices, and supporting economic and organizational transformation.
The Doctoral School also seeks to train a new generation of PhD graduates, researchers, and future professors of management, capable of making a lasting contribution to higher education and research systems in Morocco and across Africa. In doing so, it will support the development of academic talent, the transmission of knowledge, and the internationalization of faculty.
