Emirates Recruitment Campaign in Morocco, Opening Doors to Global Opportunities

Casablanca, Morocco, 07 October 2024

Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, announced its plans to conduct a series of cabin crew recruitment events across Morocco this October.

The open days will take place in four major Moroccan cities:

  • Casablanca: 09 & 28 October 2024
  • Fez: 11 October 2024
  • Tanger: 13 October 2024
  • Marrakech: 30 October  2024

Emirates has already created significant employment opportunities in Morocco, with over 875 Moroccan nationals currently serving its 22,700 cabin crew member team. This not only contributes to local job creation but also ensures that Moroccan hospitality and culture are represented on a global stage.

This latest recruitment drive aims to attract recent graduates and early-career professionals to join Emirates’ multinational workforce. The airline, which has been operating in Morocco for over two decades, sees these events as an opportunity to further strengthen its ties with local communities while addressing its growing personnel needs.

The recruitment campaign comes at a time when Emirates is expanding its operations globally. In the 2023-24 financial year, the airline carried over 51.9 million passengers, with plans to increase capacity in the coming year. This growth necessitates a corresponding expansion of its cabin crew workforce.

At the Crew Training Centre, cabin crew undergo an intense seven and a half weeks of training to deliver the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and service that its customers have come to expect over the years. Full motion simulators, as well as visual and audio displays, makes the learning experience as realistic as possible. The centre is also equipped with a swimming pool test environment to train crew on all possible scenarios in the air or on-ground. They learn all forms of first aid to address any emergency medical conditions that may pose a risk onboard. This includes learning how to perform CPR, assist in emergency childbirth, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machine.

Emirates cabin crew also receive competitive tax-free salary, spacious and furnished accommodation, transportation to and from work and deeply discounted tickets for themselves, family and friends among others.

Interested individuals can find detailed information about the recruitment process and requirements on the Emirates careers website.
